When will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours on all in-stock items.
Why is my shipping method not available?
If you experience a shipping method error, please get in touch with us immediately to discuss a solution.
Can I change my shipping address?
In most instances, if you contact us within 24 hours, we can update your shipping address.
What shipping methods do you use?
For orders within Canada / USA, your package will ship either Canada Post or USPS. International packages will be shipped via Fed Ex upon special request. Please email us, and we will determine your international shipping costs.
Will my international order be charged customs fees?
Some countries charge additional customs fees and independent carrier charges. Spacewax records cannot anticipate these costs. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. Before placing your order, we suggest that you contact your local customs office to find out what fees you may be facing. If you have any questions before shipping, contact one of our international logistics experts for support.
Can you mark international packages as a gift to avoid customs charges?
No.
Are all sales final?
Yes. Spacewax records will not accept returns or exchanges based solely on aesthetic reasons but will happily replace your record if there is any real issue with audio quality.
I have a wrong or missing item in my order.
Please get in touch with us within ten days of receiving your order, and we will ship your missing item.
My order arrived damaged/defective.
Please get in touch with us within ten business days of receiving your order with a video or pictures of the damage. You will then have ten business days to return your package. After ten days, we can no longer accept the return.
How long do I have to complete a return?
All service tickets will be valid for up to 30 days from the first correspondence. If your issue has not been resolved within 30 days because of a lack of communication or failure to send in returns, we are no longer responsible.
